Exchange Policy
Swapping an item after purchase.
Within 3 days
If a product arrives with a defect, is the wrong item, or is not as described, we exchange it for the same item within 3 days of delivery at no charge.
Change of mind
Unopened accessories may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days; you pay any difference. Opened phones and personalised items cannot be exchanged for change of mind.
Trade-in
You can put the value of your old device towards a new one under our Trade In programme. Quotes are given after inspection and are valid for 7 days.
